  • Our journey began in 2019 when our daughters met at school. We discovered we share many similarities: Latinas with long professional careers; passionate about our countries and cultures; committed to promote international development and improve the living conditions of vulnerable groups; and interested in finding the formula to balance our family and professional lives.

    Our curiosity, creativity, and interest in continuing to contribute led us to create an innovative and inclusive model for professional women who paused their careers. We designed a work model that fits the reality of women like us who want to join forces in favor of international developmen.

    In 2023 our friendship turned into a partnership with WeWOW Development, a small women-owned business that (re)connects professional women and unlock their untapped potential in international development.
